Editorial Policy

Accuracy comes before speed. Trust comes before engagement.

Verification

We publish only information confirmed by an official source or reported by at least two reliable outlets. We do not publish rumors as news.

Source hierarchy

1. Official artist and agency announcements.
2. Official charts and industry organizations.
3. Billboard, Yonhap and established Korean media.
4. Soompi, STARNEWS and other reputable publications.

Labeling

Every article separates information into Confirmed (from a primary source), Reported (attributed to another outlet, not independently verified by us) and Unconfirmed (claims we note but cannot verify). Interpretation is marked as Analysis.

Attribution

The original source of important information is always named and linked. Another publication's reporting is never presented as our own verification.

What we never do

• Fabricate news, quotes, sources, statistics, interviews, announcements or images.
• Copy articles from other publications.
• Use clickbait or misleading headlines.
• Publish filler content to meet a schedule.
• Buy traffic, followers or engagement.

Images

Images are official or properly credited, with attribution shown under each image.

Corrections

Significant errors are corrected openly, noted on the article and logged on our Corrections page. We never silently change significant facts.
